-Management likes to make lots of changes, often
-Not a lot of room to advance
-IT Hardware is old and outdated which makes it more challenging to support
-very reactionary environment

Advice to Senior Management

Make fewer changes, be clearer in what you want instead of making us guess,

Pros

This is a large company that is probably not going away any time soon so in that regards there is job security, you're job will probably be there tomorrow.

Cons

On the other hand, there are a lot of little fiefdoms within this company, senior management do not seem to know what their subordinates are up to.

Advice to Senior Management

Please take more of an interest in your employees as more than mere bodies, the practice of giving management a raise immediately before giving across the board pay-cuts is also a little underhanded.
