    Pros

    Schedule is great, food is easy to prepare, customers are great. Most of the workers are friendly and positive on daily basis.

    Cons

    Management has no food service experience and they lack the organizational skills to run a food service operation. Having disorganized, unprofessional managers makes completing daily tasks very difficult and has cause many good employees to leave to find work elsewhere. Additionally, the compensation for dealing with said situation is not nearly enough.

    Advice to Management

    If you want to have a successful operation that fosters a positive work environment then take your employees morale into consideration and give them a higher salary.

    Pros

    Great $ hourly pay with a big third shift differential and the best company that I ever worked for because Weargaurd gave me a opportunity that no other companies ever gave me without any machine operator, or embroidery experience

    Cons

    4weeks of 9hours a day traininng, WITH only 15minutes for lunch break and you would not get monthly commition unless you would finish the entire order with out any mistakes and I am talking the customer expects perfection and it is really hard when you are still learning and protecting your technique

    Advice to Management

    Are you hiring at all at the Weargaurd warehouse in the custom embroidery machine department because it was honestly one of my favorite jobs iv ever had and I enjoyed showing up at work it was very fast paced and a great job opportunity to be a embroidery machine operator,and I would love the chance to work 11pm-7am with shift differential

    Pros

    Decent pay... that's all, really.

    Cons

    They don't care about the employees. They only care about profit. There's a huge turnover rate, too. If you want a career, run away. If you just want a throw away job for money, then you'll be fine with it.

    They should actually do their jobs & be actual managers... not just lazy jerks who don't want to help their employees.

    The managers are horrible. No respect for there employees. I worked there for 2 years and got a 1¢ raise.... smh

    Pros

    Had a Regional VP, last name Silverstein who listened, knows the Health Care business, demands quality and the following of systems

    Cons

    Programs are rolled out by individuals who have NO CONCEPT of Health Carbe business. Healt Care is treated like other food service businesses. Health Care experience senior mgmt desperately needed.

    Advice to Management

    Hire Health Care upper management not transfer people from other divisions into high corporate positions, ex. Presidents and Regional VPS
