    The hours,teachers who you respect,being part of a great school COPPELL HS

    Cons

    You must learn to work with migrants who do not speak english and work like if they are on a plantation.This is capitalism at its best.Cheap labor while the company watches the job suck the life out of you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Do not hire American citizens cause its a disrespect we are born in America and should be treated like human beings not slaves.

    contracts can be lost or terminated and it leaves employees confused

    Pros

    Work/life balance, Salary and benefits are top of the line. The people I work for are friendly and professional. I am treated with respect and I feel like I matter to the organization. Every time I think my job can't get any better.... it does!

    Cons

    I can't think of a single thing that I dislike or consider a con working for Aramark. I have worked with many companies in my 30+ years as a Manager, and none come close to being as great as Aramark.

    Keep doing all of the wonderful things that you do for your workers. Valuing the hard work and dedication that they have for the company.

    Decent hiring process. Can take some leftover food home.

    Cons

    Shift changes and sometimes have to stay after hours. Also wastes a lot of food as the food we didn't sell are usually thrown away.

    Be more ecofriendly and have a more stable work schedule.

    Pros

    It was always busy with new and different events. It was never dull or borrowing. Your time spent with other managers was insightful and you had a feeling of ownership of your work.

    Cons

    Long Long hours that some times felt like day's turned into weeks. The longer you worked there the more say you had .

    Hire from outside more and fine more managers that had experience.

    Got hands on training, made an effort to teach the interns, smart supervisors

    Cons

    Often times felt they didn't have much for us to do, bad office culture - people are nice but seem to dislike working at Aramark
