    Cons

Because how big the company is, sometimes it is easy to feel like you are just a employee number.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

DMs needs to spend more time meeting front line managers. At the trainings you hear "front line first" Working here more than a year yet still have not m et with our DM. My coworker is in his 6th year and he also has not meet wuth the DM.

I have been working at ARAMARK part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

It's a good place to work if you like set boundaries. There are rules to the job, and as long as you know what they are you excel. Company cares about their employees, and provides assistance if they need it.

    Cons

My location has had a revolving door of managers, but right now it seems as though we have the perfect fit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees. They are who is on the ground floor and know more than you can imagine. You don't have to obey what they recommend, but they have a better feel of what your customers want and what they will not like.

    Summer Intern at Aramark

I worked at ARAMARK as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

I was a summer intern at Aramark working at HQ in Philadelphia. The work culture was great! Friendly management, they were always willing to help and questions were welcomed. I personally had a great manager who checked in on me and how I was doing.

    Cons

Lack of communication made it hard to know what exactly was going on. Sometime management was too busy to respond to questions and that left interns on a wild chase to find the answer in time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have more open lines of communication with the interns. Continue to develop the S2L and A2L program more. These people are going to be the future of your company.
