    Pros

Good Benefits, Ongoing training. Once you are in the company, it is very hard to be fired

    Cons

Completely reactive. Many of the benefits, processes and systems are not utilized or explained to employees. Disregard to quality of life for management. Extremely chaotic, disorganized atmosphere. Focus on bottom line vs. quality of services

    Advice to Management

Actually follow the guidelines with respect to existing systems and policies. In theory, the tools exist to succeed and thrive at Aramark; however the reality depends on your management team and whether they comply

    Pros

Great benefits, ability to have a outside life. Great in diversity. Strong leadership with a out of the box thought pattern.

Sometimes with a huge company you can get lost in the shuffle. High demands with seldom seem results for recognition. Advancement.

    Pros

Pretty good pay & benefits. Has good training programs for employees. Will try to offer your advancement in your career.

    Cons

Poor organization and communication. Need to obtain more accounts to give opportunities to grow within the company locally.

    Advice to Management

Test everything fully before releasing to accounts. Don't waste money on redbooks, they are useless if you have good Managers. Work on review process, reward employees that excel with a higher increase than those who do the bare minimum or under perform.

    Pros

The schedule was very flexible. As a student, they worked around my class schedule very well. The environment was very non corporate and somewhat relaxed.

    Cons

Since it was an internship and a small office, there was not much room for growth. Some of the tasks were repetitive and boring.

    Advice to Management

There was not much more I expected from this internship. The opportunity to learn in an office atmosphere was great, however more responsibility would have been appreciated.
