    It was convenient I go to the school.

    Cons

    poor management consequences for telling HR. not stable or dependable, does not care about customers or employees. never in health code and cutting corners.turned a location that I worked at for years in to a very unhappy place and hostile environment

    They need to have better training. needs people skills.

    There are not many promotion opportunities. There are only a few opportunities to earn tips.

    Named one of the best companies for which to workGreat benefits
    Good training and support for reconciling issues/problems
    Opportunities for advancement

    It is an international company with many different and interesting divisions
    They recognize achievement in employees
    They do humanitarian work

    Cons

    Low pay. Not allowed to voice concerns/issues to senior management. Getting a hold of tech support takes too much time and takes away time from actual work load.

    Allow employees to lodge concerns/issues to senior management without adverse effect on job. Hire more tech support for a more rapid response to problems. Increase pay
