Pros

Respectful of patients and their employees, excellent work ethic, they are dedicated to offer the best services they can, in such a competetive healthcare environment

Cons

Some long-term management employees aren't as open to update and change their current practice, to try and improve, but this is not typical of most management

Advice to Senior Management

Mid-level management and financial management: compensating the best employees very well will ensure that excellent service continues to be provided because they will feel valued
