I worked at ARB (More than a year)

    Pros

A top 500 company, Terrific work environment in Southern California. Best company I have ever worked with, with great benifit's, and easy to get along with staff,

    Cons

Living in California and working an average daily 80 to 100 degree heat, can get to be a bit tiresome.

    Advice to Management

    Keep getting those great contracts.

    I worked at ARB part-time

    Pros

Easy job. A few items an the flattop and a bunch of fried food. No real difficulty there. Anybody could do it.

    Cons

Pay not great, no benefits. short shifts, so not a lot of opportunity to make a decent pay check.

I worked at ARB full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The pros for this job was that the insurance premium was awesome. ARB paid a lot of the cost associated with the insurance.

    Cons

Management didn't get involved with operations on the floor a lot of the time. They are laying off a lot of the senior, more experienced people which tells me if I would have been kept, would I have a job after 10 years, 20 years? Probably a good thing that I am no longer employed there. One of the older guys that was laid off said that the company has fallen back to 1990/1993 era levels. Is it bad management or sales people, or both? Peace out is what I'm saying!!!!!!

    Advice to Management

No advice for the Captain of a sinking ship, other than go down with it!
