Current Employee – been working at ARC Group of Companies
Pros – Well established company with more respect in the market and nice place to work.
Directors are more enthusiastic and recognizing new thoughts from employees....
Cons – Nice place to work but up dation of knowledge is not up to level and with some domination and politics...
Advice to Senior Management – Can recognize new talents by replacing old employees will help the management to make the business more advanced and can attract more clients
