Poor management lack of compassion towards Volunteers, to much politics and to many egos.

Management needs to be revamp, and more recognition towards Volunteers.

fairly stable now that all of the majority of layoffs have been done. starting to get more info from the top but still a struggle

nepotism seems like upper management took select group to either keep on staff or promote when there were obvious to me better choices and solutions

No strategic alignment between idea and result. Lack of willingness to communicate with employees causes disfunctionality of inter and external departmental goals and operations.

Taking care of disabeled people. They are inocent and need love and attention. They have no falt. It was a blesing

Tthe company was very rude, cruel, disrespecting and treated employees like slaves.
They did not appreciate the hard work that we did.

The employees are the backbone of the company. They make your business a success. Respect them.
They are human beings.

Pros

Good pay, good people, and acommodating to employees needs for personal time off. Good opportunity for advancement. Overall a good place to work.

Cons

Extremely fast paced environment, and sometimes short on staff.
Don't get our breaks very often due to sheduling of incoming jobs and their due times.

Management does a good job all around. Our shop was fun to work at because it was small and everyone was like a friend.
