“Management and HR do very little to control and benefit this potentialy great company.”

Pros

The majority of the people are great kind and intelligent. The products are great. This company can be great with the right management.

Cons

The Management did not understand how to operate. Inexperienced uneducated management was hired and corrupted a great company. HR does not do their job right.

Advice to Senior Management

Hopefully the tide changes and the company is back to a profitable organization. The product is in high demand just hopefully the management is corrected.
