I have been working at ARIA Resort & Casino full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Paid lunch breaks along with free food. Consistent expectations. Good salary and overall a healthy atmosphere. Supervisors are knowledgeable. Not much respect if you are in a union.

    Cons

Not many benefits for the restaurants. Or at all. Discount for hotel offered to employees can be beat by most travel sites.

I have been working at ARIA Resort & Casino full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great pay and benefits i.e., concerts, restaurant tastings, and comp bottles. You get to meet a lot of interesting people and are the face of the VIP brand name of Aria.

    Cons

Long hours on your feet dealing with upset guests, and the management does not really care about your advancement.

I worked at ARIA Resort & Casino full-time for more than a year

    Pros

co-workers are awesome! great perks, decent salary. $16.76 hour. its very prestigious and you will get A LOT of training.

    Cons

Not flexible with your schedule and the management does not care about you. they didn't even allow a girl to have a day off for her wedding! And when she called out on that day, she was suspended! Its also very stressful because you are expected to do more than your job title.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

be nice to your employees! you are losing all of your talented workers because they feel under appreciated.

I have been working at ARIA Resort & Casino part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Everyone says hello to you in the hallway, whether they know you or not. Managers and Execs are personable and approachable, and there are many opportunities to grow if you have the desire.

    Cons

Hiring process is slow, otherwise once you get in the door, no real cons. Benefits are there for the full-timers though it appears the higher up you go, the more you live at the hotel. Great workplace!
