Pros

ASB provides free annual flu vaccination and biannual health checks for permanent staff. Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services to get counseling on personal and work place issues. Online learning Zone that have plenty of resources to develop and grow.

Cons

Need to monetor management team more closely as some of management staff can be very rude fairless with new employees and if employee have something to say back, the person gets in a black list of the manager so there is slow growth in career path and constant pressure and stress at work place. Well, I am sure that is probably one in a million case as overall ASB is a great place to work

Advice to Senior Management

Some managers needs to work on anger management, learn how to motivate and help employees to grow. Management should be more sensitive to the employee that having a problem at work and made a complain about some members of management. Even though those employees relatively new they still speak of truth. Personally, I see ASB as a positive and happy place to work at and some jelous, angry and negative people that work at ASB for many years can spoil reputation and overall image of the Bank.
