Pros

Employee support: ASE allows one to work without micromanagement and provides such job support as is needed when needed. I had few problems, but when they came up, ASEgot them resolved asap.

Cons

Personnel matters from hiring to job reviews were handled by folks either at too low a level or who were not familiar with the employee under review or the nature of his/her work.

Nice coworkers
I cannot think of another one

Long hours
Low pay
Lack of support and resource allocation from management
Lack of interest from management to realistically develop personal lives of employees

Hire more people
