    Pros

Steady growth allows for room to grow and move around within the organization.

    Cons

Lower wages outside of sales and marketing departments. You may get a promotion or a different title in another department with more responsibility but no increase in compensation.

    Advice to Management

Much more needs to be done to establish clear expectations for each person's position and what their career development path can be. Many positions have no idea how to succeed or get ahead because they have no overall direction for even their department.

  2. Helpful (1)

Company with big promises for talented individuals but little followthrough.

    Pros

Growing company. only ~120 employees currently

    Cons

Cynical, micromanaging supervisors. Do not reward hard work, but rather experience and smooth talk. Do not demand and reward based on quality and quantity of work, but rather who the uneducated supervisors personally like.

    Advice to Management

Hire managers who can find their own work, rather than just hastleing those underneath them. Follow through on promises made to employees. Don't take advantage of hard-working employees, workers expect to be compensated fairly and based on their performance and in a timely manner.
