Pros
paycheck clears, benefits are payed.
Cons
there is no sense of camaraderie or brother hood , only back biting and throat cutting
Advice to Senior Management
the ones you trust are sticking it to you more than you will ever know
Pros
Company has leveraged a couple of good decisions in the past - buying small Finish ALD company. Now the clear industry leader in this key enabling technology.
Cons
Senior management is weak, and not well tuned into the needs of the company (for a medium size company). Surprisingly large culture gap between Dutch owners and American employee's.
Advice to Senior Management
Senior management can't be afraid of making key business decisions. Company needs to be better focused on what is best for the company, not just say yes to whatever customers ask for.
Pros
Many opportunity as more operations move here from US, Europe and Japan manufacturing site.
Cons
Few old timer there are making life difficult to those not in their camp
Advice to Senior Management
They should listen more to the voices of their associates.... the one really working to support the company.
Pros
Quite work place with an average work load.
Cons
very old way of thinking. Seems the company is not growing for years. No communication between the employees.
Pros
Easy going workplace
Friendly demeanor encouraged
Cons
Management seemed oblivions toward how project I worked on should proceed forward.
Advice to Senior Management
Need to leverage your talent in a better way. A large majority of employees are "twiddling their thumbs" while they wait for a real opportunity to come along.
