Agressiveness, advanced tech, appreciative of employee contribution, long history of being in businss, expanding into new markets, great pay and benefit, results oriented rather than being cofortable with current situation

Although looking to expand, thinking is too traditional and regional. Work hours go all the way to late night in consecutive days. Sometimes discrimating between local and foreign staff. Too much use of blue color all over the office

Advice to Senior Management

excellent place to start work in Dubai especially if you are considering trading (commodity: metal and foodstuff) as your specialty. You need to be patient in order to establish yourself there and mak it thru promotion process
