Reasons for work in assa abloy are innovative technologies on access control such is system Aperio, new product could offer better solution for access control in the buildings for our customer’s. It is big challenge for me to develop new business opportunity, with new products, and in the mean time we have good position on the market with existing product portfolio.

Cons

Because very fragmented market, we have a lot of brands, and sometimes it takes to long to find best solution for our customers. But I know that this problem is because a lot of acquisitions and after time I hope that will be only few brands as ASSA ABLOY as a master brand.

Pros

Lots of international opportunities because of Wordwide expansion and concentration.

If you are looking for stability don't apply.
ASSA is currently going through a lot of changes.

Advice to Senior Management

I think local (national) flexibility and customizing-ability is essential to satsfy customer needs and thus important to sales. This should carry more weight in the current improvement programs.
