Cons – Cons - office politics, if you try to stand up for yourself you will most likely have consequences
Advice to Senior Management – Give employees recognition they deserve and empowerment to make processes better and more efficient.

Current Employee – been working at ASSA ABLOY as an intern for less than a year
Pros – Friendly employees, encouraging and fun environment yet still on a serious professional level
Cons – Can't think of much, maybe better correspondence between departments when projects are due and being held up by one department's delays
Advice to Senior Management – Encourage all employees to meet deadlines, but not much else. Management does a fantastic job with the company.

Cons – There is a competitive situation between consultants in the same geographic territory that is unfair.
Advice to Senior Management – Training employees in detail on the products and services would be a good start. Then, setting up territories with uniform expectations would be the next step.

Pros – the work-life balance is pretty good, nice working environment, you do not need to travel a lot, not feeling big pressure, nice colleagues.
Cons – low salary, little challenge work, if you are the person pursuing fast development in career, it is not a good place, at least for working in the manufacturing. not satisified with the career development
Advice to Senior Management – should establish promotion system that clearly states the requirement and plan for the talent

Flexible work hours
Good pension plan
Good numbers at the stock market
Cons – Small overcrowded office, kind of dirty
No diversity among employees, only old Swedish people, not very friendly
No career development
Grow only through acquisitions
Branding mess
Too many management layers
No time given to learn new technologies
Act as a follower instead of a world leader (poor R&D)
No rewards for employees despite the good numbers, and poor salaries (below average)
HR inexistent and no talent management
No training is given to new employees
New dangerous competitors
Dependent on distributors and resellers
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your employees when they come up with good ideas. Stop focusing on your own personal success.

Pros – Lots of autonomy, high trust environment. Very good skills at top management level and focus on innovation. Managed well through the current economic environment.
Cons – Challenges ahead as it starts to pull the company together across the globe after an initial rapid acquisition phase.
