Pros
1)Good industry knowledge
2)Good Training in the industry
3)Very Good Marketing
4)Salary is always on time
Cons
1) Compensation is not good
2) No benefits provided
3) There is only one person controlling whole company, so it is difficult to reach him
Pros
1) People are Professional
2) Pays salary on time. Never ever delayed my salary. Fixed date or prior not delay.
3) Prompt on issue on salary. They made a wrong deduction in my paycheck but within hour the mistake was rectified and balance was deposited immediately.
Cons
1) Low pay rate, at-least that was issue in my first year term.
2)Typical consultancy company, tries to squeeze every penny from you.
3) Once you are placed you are money machine. They will not even bother about you that are you alive or dead. Once in every 2 months marketing guy will send you an email for touchbase with same text every time.
4) They train in one discipline but marketed in other filed.
Advice to Senior Management
The training method could be more better. They train in Business Analyst extensively but market in whatever market is hot. For a fresher, he/she needs market in whatever is available but it makes it difficult to get job and then survive if you get one. Training should be provided in those field that have good market.
