Good Corp.

Pros

good salary, good situation , good supervisor, all of them are awesome. And the colleagues here are nice. I love this job !!

Cons

Maybe there is limited to ur career level. You may be an engineer in ur whole life when u get the job here in ASUS.

Advice to Senior Management

Maybe they could establish a more better promotion rules that can inspire the youngs to work harder for their career life.

ASUSTeK Technician in Jeffersonville, IN:   (Past Employee - 2008)

Pros

Working with new ( if not state of the art ) technology. This company is an innovative in their product. It has a world known reputation and branding awareness.

Cons

Little advance planning, poor quality control, it doesn't have to be good, it just has to be out. Has a repair facility that can hardly repair. Quality control issues run rampant. QC procedures are generally only enforced during ISO certifications. AN underpaid and under appreciated work force. Parts shortages back up outbound repairs. Very little internal communication, the left hand rarely knows what the right is doing. Part of this is language barriers, Taiwanese to English to Spanish, part of it is corporate culture, if I tell you something you may get ahead of me in someway.... Teamwork and unification leaves something to be desired.

Advice to Senior Management

Develop high quality and pride in your work output, and then strive for quantity. It doesn't matter how much product you put out if 2/3 of it comes back.
