Pros
- Fair commission and compensation structure
- Motivated and hard working employees
- Exposure to many cutting edge products and services
Cons
- Complete and utter lack of direction from mid-level management. Many managers love to hear themselves talk more than they care to achieve anything from it.
- Absolutely no regard for work/life balance.
- Disrespectful treatment to lower level management and bargained-for employees.
Advice to Senior Management
- Reacquaint yourself with the definition of truly critical measures and stick to these
- Less can be more - feedback should be planned and succinct rather than incessant and scattered
