I have been working at AT&T full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, great people, great products, great services. Lots of incentives.

    Cons

Just like any other retail...long hours, sometimes unrealistic expectations. upper management detached from the front lines, local area managers out of touch, managers make up their own rules that are not on par with national message.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of old managers that have the "old school" management style of "do as I say, not as I do", too many managers manage by fear, no heart all sales sales sales.

    Positive Outlook
