I have been working at AT&T full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I can't speak for all the locations and departments, but overall I feel like this is a great company. If you're looking for a balance between work & life this is the company for you. The work is also challenging and exciting but the company won't wear you out!

    Cons

It's quite big, so sometimes you may feel like a number. However, you do get recognized with time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management is very professional and respectful. Overall, I am very impressed with the culture. I love how AT&T really protects their employees and promotes from within the company. If you're a leader at AT&T you truly earned it.
