    Pros

    Benefits, Discounts and incentives

    Cons

Taking time off, work schedule and customer base you'll be serving (all request are based on seniority and the call center is housed by employees who have been there 30-15 yrs) plan on the crappy schedule for your first two years because your married to your title

    Advice to Management

You're company needs educated and motivating leaders who understand and can teach the art of salesmanship. All the low level managers placed are simply waiting to retire and have bad habits In how they manage based off old school mentality

    Pros

It was nice to work for a stable company with a long track record. Good benefits, and I got along well with all my co workers

    Cons

There was this one boss I had who I didn't really like, but was able to tolerate. My other bosses were pretty cool and I enjoyed working with them.

    Advice to Management

Since it's such a big company, have employees spend some time (even just a morning or afternoon) in another department to get a better understanding of how the overall process works.

    Pros

High Pay Union Glassdoor wants me to list five things But I can't think of five pros to working here. Only two.

    Cons

Union won't help you MANDATORY OVERTIME

    Advice to Management

You're not the phone company anymore. Stop selling service in neighborhoods where the lines aren't ready for it.

    Pros

For a call center operation, pay was excellent; union pay poor union protection

    Cons

Managers transferred with knowledge or experience of your job or product; too much dedication to process as opposed to customer service; too many escalation teams and your unable to resolve higher end issues; schedule bids are unpredictable - great for single non parent or one income household - just don't make plans for next or next month

    Advice to Management

Step away from drilling the employees on process - we know that we want the company to succeed, but the company is too stuck in the 70-80's of process mapping; too many tiers of escalation

    Pros

Compensation is great. The stores have a great environment and it is very competitive.

    Cons

No life you, work almost every single weekend unless you have been with the company longer than 5 years. You have to hit various monthly targets.

    Advice to Management

Stop focusing on metrics that do not put money in the company's pocket.
