I worked at ATP full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Some decent hard working folks

    Cons

too much micromanagement from up top. execs should invest in their people and equipment. respect is earned not given. feels like Mickey Mouse operation while at times thee are supervisors and managers that are clueless. long hours and low pay. way below industry avg but better than standing in line at soup kitchen

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

compensate folks fairly and you will get more productivity. and you wonder why you have such high turnovers and morale is low.
