ATS Automation Tooling provides varied, interesting job experience. There is a new job in a different industry every four to six months. It is an excellent place to gain experience in a variety of industries from medical devices to automotive parts. The benefit package is competive.

Cons

ATS has a succession of poor managers with little understanding of engineering. There is no system in place for recognizing excellence with a bonus or raise. The sales department consistently makes unrealistic commitments for job schedules and budgets. ATS is cutting benefits and will not let you roll over vacation time from year to year.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire managers with engineering experience
