Pros
best reason to work at ASTI.......BREAKS, TIME TO GO HOME. people that are not family per say great to work with.
Cons
3 people in charge and they only care about each other....family. they make you do impossible deliveries. if you get hurt tough they try REAL HARD to deny it happened their. stay clear of this job place they DO NOT tak4e care of their emplyees
Advice to Senior Management
get some help on leadership. take some classes on how to treat your employees. quit favoring people of your own desent and remember your in the USA now and we work for you!
