    Pros

    Gains work experience fast in a friendly environment with easy-going co-workers, patient superiors and safe work place. Recommended for first timers in LCD manufacturing and graduated students without work experience.

    Cons

    Required to suffer a lot of time at work, and sometimes need to run process overnight. Unbalanced work distribution between co-workers. No recommend to people with family or poor health conditions.

    Advice to Management

    A good career opportunities for employees to shift to other fields with good coordination requirements. Must balance work / life and raise the salary in order to avoid the outflow of talent.

    Pros

    Well-established organization and comfortable working environment.

    Cons

    Transportation is not convenient since the factories are all too far from downtown.

    Pros

    1. There are many excellent R&D engineers can shear each their knowledge. 2. Very comfortable and friendly working environment for all employer.

    1. Job definition too detail to make engineers don't care others related problems.

    Pros

    It is encouraged to raise creative and beneficial ideas/suggestions.

    Cons

    Sexual differentiation exits somehow, especially for engineering.

    Advice to Management

    Female is also considerable to management and engineering position. Performance evaluation is not public enough.

    Pros

    The work environment and training program are very good. Its very easy to ask for IC samples and other relative support since it's a big customer for a lot of companies. The horizon will improve because of the diversity of its customers.

    Cons

    Employee turnover still very high because the salary they provide cannot compete with IC design house for electrical engineer. The promotion rate or procedures might be a bit conservative.

    Advice to Management

    The display industries are going through a tough time, the long term decision making are very critical.

    Pros

    Working environment is comfortable. People are nice. Rearly work overtime. A good company for a person who is not ambitious.

    Cons

    Insufficient R&D budget due to huge loss in recent years. Management are lack of great vision. Keep lossing experienced engineers.

    Advice to Management

    Cost-down can't resolve the tough situation.

    Able to learn fundamental skills as an engineer, well-defined system and friendly environment.

    Cons

    The salary is not quite satisfying for the seniors; the management lacks of direction or perspective on the company's future.

    Pros

    The company will send the upcoming staff to a freshman camp to help you adjust your future career in AUO. After you done the freshman camp, you will lead by a assigned senior staff to help your transition in your work place.

    Cons

    The working atmosphere is not really good, and the working hour is unstable. Plus, some freshman will be bullied by senior staff.

    extreme long working hours with very little pay and little respect from the bosses

    Pros

    For TFT-LCD industry is good than others, if you want to learn more, there is some lessons and senior engineers who are willing to teach you.

    Cons

    The solidarity of company is not enough, management is not good, the company is to young, some managers can't manage the team well.

    Advice to Management

    They should strengthen the solidarity of company, managers should be responsible for the project, not evade from their responsibility.
