    Electrical Engineer

    Electrical Engineer (Former Employee)
    Hsinchu (Taiwan)

ProsThe work environment and training program are very good. Its very easy to ask for IC samples and other relative support since it's a big customer for a lot of companies. The horizon will improve because of the diversity of its customers.

ConsEmployee turnover still very high because the salary they provide cannot compete with IC design house for electrical engineer. The promotion rate or procedures might be a bit conservative.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe display industries are going through a tough time, the long term decision making are very critical.
