    Pros

Management is very transparent from the c-suite down to middle managers. People here are willing to roll up their sleeves to get the work done. Lots of focus is placed on developing employees.

    Cons

Some processes are outdated and tedious. Lots of administrative work that should be automated. However the company is open to change.

    Advice to Management

Focus on making processes more efficient.

    Pros

Pay,company car, phone, iPad and they give you tons of cool free stuff. Promotions we said to happen after 18 months in entry level postions so we will see.

    Cons

selling a drug nobody wants or even believes exists. Job stability is always in the back of your mind since the buyout. Very stressful.

    Advice to Management

Stay consistent on how you want things conducted. Be upfront about whats going on with the future of the company.

Don't work here unless you want to do the job of 3-4 people and have zero work/life balance

    Pros

The senior management team are some of the highest quality people you will ever meet and are easy to get along with. The people in general are very high quality which is a testament to their HR recruiting practices.

    Cons

The culture and work/life balance is horrible. Everyone does the job of 3 or more people and if you aren't on call 24/7, you're not doing your job. The culture they are trying to develop echos this sentiment. This is the only job I've had where I felt guilty taking a full 60 minute lunch and taking time off for vacation.

    Advice to Management

Hire more people to spread the workload out and have defined job functions that don't overburden employees so they can have their own lives outside of work.
