    Pros

Do what you have to do and leave and no one over your back watching. Good job if you are trust worthy and a good worker.

    Cons

Takes 6months before benefits kick in. Also when you start out if you are a driver you will get stuck with a bad route that no one wants.

    Advice to Management

Make the job a little more fair when someone just starts out.

    Pros

There are some managers in the company who genuinely care about their employees. And there really are some employees who are genuinely nice people.

    Cons

The overall corporate environment is CYA at all costs. Seriously. Use a pencil, so it can all be erased later - and document everything. if you don't, you WILL end up going under a bus, whether it's your fault or not.

There is a very passive-aggressive vibe throughout the company - people SAY they want to help - but truthfully, they don't. They're just happy that if something is wrong, it's not their fault - and they will waste absolutely ZERO time in pointing that out to anyone who will listen. (again - CYA mentality rules here!)

    Advice to Management

I do believe that Upper Management are good people. However, there are so many upper managers and vice presidents and levels of management who are all rendered essentially helpless - everything is controlled so tightly at the top, and everyone exists essentially to work at the whim of the top.

To be a truly agile and successful company, TRUST the people you've empowered and bestowed these management titles on. If you've thought them worthy of promotion, actually let them make decisions. Everything you promote in terms of customer service will be improved tenfold!

    Pros

    Really can't think of anything!!!

    Cons

Low pay for amount of work and raises are a joke...either no raise or 1%...absolutely ridiculous!!!

    Advice to Management

Train properly...don't scream at employee on phone when they are doing their job and you want them to do another employee's job...not our fault you can't hire new help or keep the ones you have!!! Good employees should be rewarded!!!!

    Pros

decent pay relaxed and casual environment

    Cons

inexperienced and inefficient management. Poor office staffing. Food appearance and taste has diminished. Clients mislead about storage space needed putting CSA in hazardous working conditions. Warehouse unreliable in providing stock, sends outdated and numerous weekly stock shortages so tell CSA to "just fill in" . Miss-counts on stock by warehouse so have to count every single item can't trust delivery sheets as you are held accountable they are not. They do not want full time CSA's to avoid benefits. They make sure you work just up to the top limit for part time hours.

    Advice to Management

CSA 's are they face and communication with your clients understand the frustrations of no accurate deliveries, pass the buck excuses, to many "OUT" on dry stock orders done 2 deliveries in advance. Food preparation has declined in appearance and labeling.

    Pros

Excellent vending and food program. Good client list. Hard working associates. Networking opportunities. Decent benefits.

    Cons

Zero training. Very little support from corporate. Employees are spread very thin, and are overworked and underpaid. Pay increases are minimal.

    Advice to Management

Stop operating like a start-up venture, and conduct business like a mature company. Invest in training, invest in technology, and invest in seasoned executives (VPs) who can develop a vision and sell it from the top down.

    -Decent work hours M-F
-Upper Management leaves you alone for the most part

    Cons

    -Terrible pay
-Hiring is a nightmare. Extremely low wages, High demands for low wage workers
-NO RESOURCES from Warren, OH< The people at HSQC are clueless< General Managers are the people who make the money for the company, not someone processing (by hand) invoices.

    Advice to Management

Nothing. There is no turnaround for this company. Just sell the company already.
