Health insurance is cheap and affordable.
You get paid weekly.
Their is life insurance.

Cons

Management lacks knowledge and expertise.
Salary and no performance bonus.
Management is very laid back when problems arise.
Job description means nothing as your are pushed in different segments of workplace without compensation.
Managers can be too touchy touchy.
Yes they have a green initiative but what they do not mention is the vast amounts of paper that is wasted between mailing, faxing and printing.

Advice to Senior Management

I feel your managers come from outer space please train these candidates in business principals.
Become more efficient by reducing endless waste of paper and bureaucracy within the company.
Put in place bonuses for managers so their is an incentive for them to improve overall.

Monday thru Friday MOST of the time

poor communication, super low pay, never deal with issues at hand they sweep them under the rug and play the blame game, no raises, no advancement, upper management doesn't care about any hourly employees especially if they are not a man

Create hand book, learn to listen to your people they want to succeed and they are humans not robots

Learning new food venues and ideas.

You work your butt off to get new accounts for AVI and you get no bonus nothing for your hard work to put more money in their pocket.

There should be posted job positions in a work place instead of promoting people behind employees backs that don't know a position is open to fill.

The only good thing that has come out of working for AVI is that the employees for the companies I vend at, have noticed what a good job I'm doing and have all put in good words for me to work for them. They also said that I'm the first vending attendant that has kept the place clean, keeps the machines filled and asks what items they would like, since they have used AVI. All the companies I go to HATE AVI

Cons

I am constantly belittled and barked at by my supervisor. When you factor in what I spend in gas, I made more on unemployment.

Advice to Senior Management

Hire people that know the correct way to supervise and offer mileage to vending attendants.

Great learning experience and a chance to build up your resume

Extremely low salary! Also, annual raises are well below the cost of living increase
