Pros

Solid good products and highly skilled work force.

Cons

Struggling with changes within company structure.

Advice to Senior Management

Recent merger/acquisition of Active Voice division from NEC Infrontia has not had the full attention of the management and marketing departments. They need to better integrate and understand the values and opportunities of both their old and new work force and product lines.
