I have been working at AWC full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The best thing about this company is it's fun, friendly atmosphere. Employees are treated with respect, like family. The company continually seeks opportunities for improvement. There is never a dull moment!

    Cons

The company runs with a very lean staff. Traditionally administrative tasks are handled by managers at all levels. Also, there is little turnover...which can limit promotional opportunities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees...REALLY listen...and endeavor to be more open-minded to hear what is being said.

Former Employee - Account Manager in Tampa, FL

    I worked at AWC

    Pros

    Good reputation as a rep/distributor.
    Nice overall compensation "package"

    Cons

Product lines are obtained to simply fill a sales sheet.
No understanding of markets they sell to!
"Just find a way to make your goal"
    Poor acquisition "Due Diligence"!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make calls with your sales people to see what the real world is like.
More realistic job titles for "Sales Engineers"
Get rid of the "Boy's Club" mentality.
