I have been working at AXA

    Pros

Large well established Firm, Flexible work schedule, good relationship with fellow co workers, smaller staff so more opportunities to take on more responsiblity.

    Cons

Pay is not that great, they do not recognize hard work and dedication as they just need individuals to do tasks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Recognize employees who show potential and want to do well, reward them and provide them compensation to keep them engaged and motivated.

    I worked at AXA

    Pros

The people are great, offer a nice training program and working environment. It was great to be able to intern at a firm as prominent as AXA.

    Cons

Due to the fragmentation of divisions inside the company there was limited contact around the company. I met some great people but wish that I could have expanded my horizons a bit more.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think the leadership is very good and helpful to all employees. I think regularly scheduled events across the company would be great.

I worked at AXA full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Ethos on corporate responsibility and colleagues are great. Great location from social aspect.

    Cons

Do not feel as though higher levels of management are accessible, do not feel supported and have to fight for promotions. Salaries not in line with other companies and have to leave in order for worth to be realised.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend more time with your employees. When you do have socials, try not to stick to your management clique. You have lost many great employees due to lack of commitment from higher ups to properly recognise and reward employees.
