I worked at AXA Technology Services as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

Benefits and part of a larger well known name group. Varied projects. Reasonable travel opportunities.

    Cons

Leadership don't hire good permanent people in ATSEA and rely on contractors, turnover is very high and no skill is retained as contractors leave with skills and knowledge.
Top leadership do not know what advice to trust, not familiar with basics of delivery.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

1 great engineer is equal to 10 hopeless ones, deliver what you promise and you may be able to turn the organisation. Start building the team rather than hire short term contractors, invest heavily in training.
