I worked at Aakash Educational Services full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

No Pros at all. Worst company I have ever worked with. Stain in the name of corporate and professionalism.

    Cons

Least employee friendly, full of politics at all levels from basic counsellor to centre head. Never pay you on time. Salaries are transferred as per numerology because our loved and so called MD, JC Chouwdhary is big time believer of numerology. Promote only biharis (I believe that is also part of his numerology thing). No growth what so ever for others. Lot of negative environment that promotes a** licking & that is what some centre heads have been doing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go learn something from a real professional company. You don't even have 'P' of Professionalism. They present Aakash as a brand name to the parents of students but inside story is that it is no less than a Baniya ration shop.

    Pros

None whatsoever. There can't be anything good to say by either students, parents or employees. Whoever is giving positive reviews is doing so out of fear of management.

    Cons

Everything starting from the way employees are treated to politics in all levels. Insecurity exists among employees that they can be terminated any time without notice. Any time during the academic year, faculties may be transferred. While I was working, I saw 15 people being sacked without notice/reason and suddenly getting transferred from one location to another which is miles away - and they have to report there the very next day. Center heads are appointed on basis of favorism rather than talent. One current center head has no experience, no talent and suddenly appointed even though he was a fresher from college.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give respect to talent and don't prefer only apple polishers.
