I have been working at Aaron's

    Pros

My team is friendly and I love getting to know my customers and seeing them each month. The company is closed Sundays, and most all store managers and above are from internal promotions, so there is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow with the business!

    Cons

None that I can think of at this time.

I have been working at Aaron's full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Paid on Performance. No "Ceiling" to what you can make as a General Manager. If you are willing to Work Hard and have Talent, $100,000+ easily attainable. Owner-Operator Mentality. Terrific Benefits. Company founded on a "What's Fair" attitude towards the customers, associates, and vendors. Never had a Lay-Off, don't see one anytime soon.

    Cons

Not a 9-5 job, you work until your job is completed. Very Demanding Career, hence the Unlimited Income Potential.
