Pros – They value autonomy which allows for creativity. It gives you the freedom to actually do what's best for your customers. If you treat your job like it's your own company apposed to just showing up everyday you'll have great results.
As a company they truly care and treat employees as family.
Cons – There's still growing pains but if you're creative and proactive you can use it to your advantage. The only real con is the insurance isn't that great but I guess it's pretty much the same across the board.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to encourage autonomy
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
Pros – Laid back atmosphere, competitive salaries, low-stress
Cons – Not good for advancing career, limited learning / advancement opportunities, unqualified candidates in certain management positions cause major inefficiencies, especially in corporate operations / IT
Advice to Senior Management – Don't let family-related employees get in the way of making the correct business decision, you will continue to lose quality employees.
