flexible schedule but unorganized management

Model (Current Employee)
Los Angeles, CA

I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time for less than a year

ProsThis job is great if you are a high school or college student. This job is very flexible if you have to miss a shift. There are always many people to cover your shift. Laid back atmosphere

ConsWork only once a week. Management is unorganized and does not train before first shift. Given little instruction on how to preform job. Minimum wage pay.

Advice to Senior ManagementTrain employees about job duties before first shift

Very Unorganized

Impact Team Member (Current Employee)
Santa Ana, CA

I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time for less than a year

ProsThe other team members were extremely helpful and supportive throughout the only day I worked there.

ConsThe company worries more about its image rather than anything else. It was very hard to keep up to standards. You need to wear their clothing to guarantee work. A lot of theft that was nearly impossible to stop. I was hired in October and kept getting my first shift rescheduled until Grey Thursday and Black Friday with no training and a total of 15 hours.

Pasadena, CA

I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time for more than a year

Prossome of the best people i have gotten to know was from this company, although some more than others do not perform there task. Most managers are level headed and know how to communicate with the employees

ConsIt is still retail at the end of the day, the store will always be a mess come closing time, some standards are meant to be messed up.

Advice to Senior Managementtry to prioritize updates correctly
