    Pros

I am constantly talking with my District Manager and Store Management Team about promoting and becoming an Intern at Home Office and they all respond well and are trying their best to get me the position.

    Cons

The biggest con is other associates. There are tons of people that work there that don't care about their job and I hate that. Plus management does nothing about these under performing associates.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Being more selective as to who you hire and also make it easier to promote up the chain.

    Pros

Modeling opportunities in the modeling industry. Opportunity to expand networks. Abercrombie and Fitch has a large customer base internationally.

    Cons

At Abercrombie and Fitch we were inhaling too much cologne that misted the rooms. We also had to work late nights to make sure that rooms were all organized. This occurrence happened when we were under staffed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't be too judgmental.

    Pros

The employees and managers are really nice and helpful. They don't hire sketchy people, so no weirdos lurking in the corn. Easy money. Easy hours. Work really well around schedules so if you're in school, that's a major plus. Very organized and structural. There is an answer for everything that they do.

    Cons

This is a high traffic store that has big issues with thieves. There is not much you can do if the thief runs out of the store (you cannot chase them through the mall.) You have to wear their clothes, but they don't mind if you wear the same thing over and over again as long as you wash. Make up is strict, has to be natural. No facial piercings. No nail polish. I'm not sure on facial hair. The worst policy is that employees have to be attractive. That is very subjective and sad that it is actually policy. Actually, that boils down the whole company. The company sucks because it has it's nose stuck up in the air. They don't even realize, only middle schoolers wear their brand because they know no better. TAKE THAT DAMN MOOSE/A&F OFF OF THE CLOTHING. Nobody wants to see that.
