    Pros

The people are so friendly and atmosphere is wonderful. Customers were not preppy targeted market it was 90% 40 year old minorties and resellers and 10% british tourists. However I loved my job and I loved my friends there. I felt important and enjoyed floor sets.

    Cons

Low pay and not a lot of hours

Declining relevance as a major brand in a global market.

    Pros

The best part of working for A&F is working with your team. You truly become a family and develop a support system within the store, district, and even the region. There are so many resources and so many opportunities to grow. You get so much practical experience in the world of business and you can truly excel. You can go from being in-store, to home office, to opening stores internationally, etc. Definitely a great place to launch your career, and if you work hard, stay for years and years to come.

    Cons

Holiday season is tough, but it's retail so that's expected.

    Advice to Management

Always remember the culture of we mindset.

    Pros

I love this job!!!!! The people I work with are awesome, the store manager is the same age I am, the salary and benefits are amazing and I never thought that right after graduating I will get such a cool job that pays so well! I am honestly very very happy and I would recommend to anyone that has a BA degree! Another thing is that they promote within and some assistant managers became store managers in only 6-7 months!!! How about that? I am very excited to see what the future holds for me in this job! :)

    Cons

The only thing that bother me is the colone we have to spray, because I am little sensitive to it and it makes me sneeze.

    Advice to Management

Keep up a good work!!!! I will definitely stay with the company!

    Pros

The Abercrombie & Fitch Home Office is a very fun place to work, especially for younger professionals. The atmosphere is both professional and casual, and projects a sense of community. I really enjoyed working there.

    Cons

A&F wants their employees to impersonate the "brand" and, at times, it can be a bit overwhelming. It feels as though management may be guilty of judging you based on your appearance, instead of solely on your performance.

    Pros

Easy work yet you learn how to run a business, friends, you can switch off days, discount, full time benefits, paid vacation

    Cons

Low salary and standards have become too low

    Advice to Management

District managers create personal relationships making it hard for other managers to move up, stop putting so much focus on store manager and only giving them incentives (AM's work just as hard)
