    Pros

Pros are: flexible scheduling, great Career Development Path, opportunity for growth within the company, great people, fun and friendly atmosphere, fast-paced, best training program, opportunity for advancement, and high energy.

    Cons

Cons are retail hours and the salary for entry level management jobs. Hiring and promotions are somewhat "looks-based" so in few instances hard work is overseen.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To improve turnover rate, offer more incentives for entry level positions.

    Sales Associate

Former Employee - Sales Associate (Model) in San Mateo, CA

    Pros

Laid back work environment, really nice people, great flexibility, good hours if you're a good worker, great way to break yourself into retail

    Cons

Store managers can be a little power hungry and get catty with assistant managers, customers tend to have a bad attitude towards employees (models in particular), and hours have to be spread across a lot of models. As a model (floor sales associate), you don't get a lot of hours unless the managers like you. As an impact (stockroom), you get a lot more hours, but it's also more work, more pressure, less fun, and same pay.
