I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch

    Pros

Awesome place to work. Smells good, nice music, cool people, great clothes, and pretty fair discounts.

    Cons

The music could be a little bit better. It's a company for young people, therefore young and fist-pumping ✊✊ music should be played.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maybe add some recent music to the playlist.

I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    - Great hours (flexible)
    - Quick-to-pay and full-time opportunities available
    - Attractive employees, fun times

Abercrombie & Fitch is a dynamic workplace that can be very fun as well as boring. This is because it depends entirely on models interacting with customers and basically selling the image; but part of the fun is in the pretension.

    Cons

    - Strict look policy
    - Customer experience and handling can be hit or miss

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time

    Pros

Great experience, their standards make you a perfectionist basically. Very flexible when it comes to your schedule, I love how easy it is to adjust and make changes, request days off on the anfcorp. You meet a lot of great people.

    Cons

You have to work very hard to get shifts. Not many people get shifts, some get a lot. You have to really impress managers, don't be lazy, & always be in AAA/Look Policy. Only two people a year get a raise.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More than two people per store deserve a raise.

    Recommends
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

The MIT program helped you figured out what your strengths were and placed you as the best suited manager.

    Cons

There was none. Even working the during the holidays were a blast!
