nice team, early responsibility, nice office, people were understanding and open. easy to switch to other teams and learn more about their jobs.
Cons
long hours, team not helpful, very stiff, bad communication, HR had awful communication. asked for feedback and got results 4 weeks later
Advice to Senior Management
better communication, more feedback, more appreciation of the peoples work, more interaction with the interns, management should spend more time getting to know the interns
