Stagnant; Opportunities for growth are squandered.

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at Aberdeen

ProsVery flexible with a laissez-faire attendance and semi-pressure free environment. There are good people here that want to succeed. Good small company but with small companies come small growth opportunities.

ConsA small company with great ideas that are not always acted upon. The talents of the employees are wasted on having to juggle too many duties. The top has lost focus on growing the business and has seemed to become complacent in growth.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe lack of focus and direction by top management leaves the sales team guessing and business opportunities are lost due to penny-pinching and and very little planning for the future.

Don't even consider working here

New Sales Representative (Current Employee)

I have been working at Aberdeen

Prosability to work remotely at times

ConsFar too many problems to describe. Honestly, this place is a huge mess. I need to get out.

For starters:
1. Massive Turnover
2. Incompetent Junior Managers (Sales Directors)
3. Poor customer retention due to problems meeting client expectations
4. Management through panic and threats
5. Terrible commission plan
6. Massive discrepancies between practices.
7. Dishonesty among some of the Senior Managers
8. Difficulty between employees due to management pitting people against one another

Bottom line: This place is temporary employment at best. Most reps are looking for other jobs and NOBODY plans a career here.

Advice to Senior ManagementDestroy the village so you can save it... This place is the worst I have ever seen
