*Basic Health Insurance paid for *Social Studies Department had highly competent teachers and people *New leadership came in and was beginning to communicate better and bring a refreshing attitude to the district.

Advice to Management
They are already working on better communication, but they could connect to teachers better on the vision of the administration. In that regard, they needed to focus their vision and the programs they were going to use. It seemed scatter-shot.
