Pros

You have a Real Estate Broker that gives you leads. You can work as much or as little as you would like. I believe the pay scale is good and you can refer other Realtors to work for them and get paid a percentage of what they close.

Cons

You have a Broker that is active in selling real estate and is very busy.

Advice to Senior Management

There really isn't any Senior Management. It is a small firm and is owned by the Broker. If I had to give any advice, it would be for the Broker to not answer the phone when someone is in the office speaking to you. However, missed calls can be money lost, so it is understandable why it is done.
