    Accenthealth is a great company to work for. Great environment, strong staff, fair compensation, and hard working teams.. MR toxic as a peer I am embarrassed by your comments. If you have time to wine how can you consider yourself close to number one?

    Keep doing what you are doing. I am proud to be part of this team. Sales management is consistent, fair, hardworking and they hold us accountable keep pushing us to be the best we can be. MR toxic .. If you don't like ....... I'm embarrassed you are on our team

    Very secretive
    Lack of communication
    Some management could use a lesson in common courtesy

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Instead of attending all of the trade shows, management should be required to attend a people skills & communication training course. Communication is key in any successful work environment & it seems to get lost as new "titles" are gained. Also, as time evolves & they move further into they 21st century technology wise - so should their work flow processes.

    Pros

    Great peers to work with. The product is great! The ops team and management over ops is outstanding.

    Cons

    They trash you, put you down, even if you are number one. They make unrealistic sales goals. The leads are awful. They go to doctor offices but most of them do not meet their qualifications. So, you waste your time calling people that should qualify and then get in trouble for not hitting your numbers. I would run as fast as you can if they call you for a sales position.

    Shake up the management team on the sales side. Hire something different than you have ever done before. Give real sales training.

    I worked at AccentHealth full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Most the sales people are nice and helpful

    Cons

    Sales management is mean and dishonest, make people cry.
    Encouraged to lie about sales.
    Training is worst I've ever experienced.
    Environment is depressing.
    Favoritism by sales management.
    Old stale leads.
    Culture is nasty.
    Facilities are old and dirty.
    Sales all need to be approved, and if they change their mind about qualifications you have to pay back commissions.

    Get rid of the PES Management team.

    Pros

    The other reps. They are friendly.

    Cons

    Treated like children.
    Lied to when hired. Told that I would make much more in commission when hired. Don't expect to make even $40,000 first year.
    Management makes reps cry.
    Old stale leads. Same leads that have been called over and over for years.

    9 people quit in 3 months.
    DO NOT LEAVE A JOB TO COME HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

    Stop micromanaging. Stop the intimidation. New leads. Stop the favoritsm. Pay more for a sale. Get new management. Value employees. Stop being sneaky.

    Pros

    Great content is provided by CNN's medical unit, superior to anyone else out there in the medical waiting room TV business.

    Cons

    Too many technical requirements and rules of engagement dictated by the advertisers changing almost weekly make it nearly impossible to get a site set up for a "free" television. Earning a commission has been made harder and harder, and a lot of long-time reps are leaving or have already left. Your salary is deducted from your future commission if you are not consistently at 100% of quota.

    Loosen up the restrictions, make the goals achievable, and make it easier for the people you claim to value to do their jobs and earn a decent living.
