I worked at Accentmarketing full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The work- life balance was perfect. All of the Managers were always considerate of the employees. We had lots of time off, we even closed between Christmas and New Years. Our office was in a park like setting which promoted socializing between all employees and management. We also had lots of benefits.

    Cons

When the economy took a downturn so did this company and it was unfortunately not able to stay open.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Open the doors again and I will come back!

good schedules. great people. and a overall spectaculer place to work.

    Cons

diatisfied customers, when i get to talk to them for the first time, but even with this con getting the opertunuty to change this to a con and resove there issues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

become to a more personel level with the agents and get to know them, not just there names but who they are, i understand that there is a high level of employees, however that sence that you knowwho it is that works for you and what they can offer to make accent a great place to work and can ever more double a great work enviroment.
