    ProsThe work- life balance was perfect. All of the Managers were always considerate of the employees. We had lots of time off, we even closed between Christmas and New Years. Our office was in a park like setting which promoted socializing between all employees and management. We also had lots of benefits.

    ConsWhen the economy took a downturn so did this company and it was unfortunately not able to stay open.

    Advice to Senior ManagementOpen the doors again and I will come back!

    Prospayment benefits and hours available are some of the reasons to get employed at accent, also all the people and friends you can make.

    Conssome of the downsides are the stress factors, such as trying to meet goals and quotas that you have to meet to keep employment.

    Advice to Senior Managementit would be great if management could work with us in regaurds to time off for family emergencies or everyday issues without such a strict penalty

    Prosgood schedules. great people. and a overall spectaculer place to work.

    Consdiatisfied customers, when i get to talk to them for the first time, but even with this con getting the opertunuty to change this to a con and resove there issues.

    Advice to Senior Managementbecome to a more personel level with the agents and get to know them, not just there names but who they are, i understand that there is a high level of employees, however that sence that you knowwho it is that works for you and what they can offer to make accent a great place to work and can ever more double a great work enviroment.
