Advice to Senior Management
Create a means for feedback to the contract employee by working with the client-company.
Pros
Good work life balance, show appreciation for a job well done. Light workload (if that is a good thing) nice office space.
Cons
Management creates an unnecessarily stressful environment, poor compensation, poor leadership, weak sales force has trouble acquiring quality positions to recruiters, relies on a small base of clients that never change. High sales pressure put on recruiters.

Management team is a group of friends, who have little experience running a successful company, needs to bring in outside unbiased leadership

Advice to Senior Management
Offer an environment for people to grow. Spread out the job requisitions evenly among recruiters to give everyone an opportunity to succeed. Give the ambitious employees an opportunity to move into other roles within the company. Observe who is putting forth the extra effort and do not give the employees that have been with the company since it's startup privileges other employees are not entitled to. Pay your employees a competitve rate and have a commission structure that drives performance.
