Pros
1. Human Resources are easily accessible.
2. Classroom trainings are very good and enjoyable.
Cons
1. As a fresher, skills are allocated randomly (which is not a healthy practice, asking people to take skills which they might not be interested and make it a career out of it)
2. Compensation is not as good as other companies for freshers
3. Projects are also allocated randomly... if you are lucky enough you might get one early else it is a never ending waiting game.
4. There is no guarantee how much time you might be in a project, a week , a month... can be anything, you can be rolled off from projects and put back into Bench any time.
Advice to Senior Management
1. Please take into consideration the interests of employees while allocating skills, if they get a skill which they like, they will put their hearts into their work. Will improve productivity..
Pros
Work Life Balance is amazing with all kinds of in-office facilities.
Camaraderie is nice, and work becomes enjoyable.
Training and Development is highly focused upon.
Cons
Compensation is low, and work roles are randomly made fit for junior employees. If you are going as a fresher, make sure that you are not forced in a role which you are not comfortable with, and ask HR to move you around.
Pros
1. Open career opportunities
2. If you are at a lateral level then your salary will be compensated as per industry standards to some exent
Cons
1. Even before you join the company you may have to go through round of interviews
2. Lot of codes and ethics, but who follows what you will get confused for sure
3. You will keep on giving interviews for either Hotskill bonus (expertise levels) or getting a project.
4. You may end up changing projects all the time if it is not long term and will affect your appaisal too
5. Freshers do not have any privilege to select skills of their choice or much flexibility
6. Dealing with HRs can be a mess sometimes
Advice to Senior Management
No advice as things will still remain the same.
Pros
-Good work culture
-Timings are flexible - depends on project to project
-Very good technical trainings are available
-Decent hike year on year, if u r performing OK
Cons
-Ratings are mostly in hands of the managers
-Onsite depends on your luck
Advice to Senior Management
-Provide preference to people who stay long with the company for onsite opportunities.
Pros
Above market standard salary
Good work life balance
Big name clients which look good on your CV
Transportation facilities
Friendly colleagues and co workers.
Cons
Arrogant senior management. Most senior managers and executives think that they own the company and can run it as per their whims and fancies.
Almost nil travel opportunities.
Regional bias in recruitment and promotions.
Quality of new hires declining by every minute.
Very little or no projects across some technologies like ERP.They would make you sit on bench for months together before laying you off for no fault of yours.
Poor sales and branding team which results in competitors winning over several lucrative deals.
Pros
Work environment is amazing. It is not difficult to adapt to the working place. Overall, the experience and culture is good.
Cons
Management should pay attention to all the levels in the hierarchy. People who project themselves are the ones who get promoted. Onsite opportunities are not very satisfactory. Compensation is comparatively lower. A person looking for a good role , onsite opportunity or better compensation should reconsider joining Accenture. The HR personnel are non cooperative and do not pay attention to the employees concern.
Pros
Good learning for freshers, technical trainings
Cons
Salary incompetent with other service based companies
Pros
only the brand name Accenture
Cons
work twice the salary and keep your boss "very satisfied" for promotions and even leaves. too much pressure on the agents and hardly any appreciation.
Advice to Senior Management
treat your employees as humans and reign in the senior management.. very unsupportive..
Pros
Good exposure, great leadership team, very pro - employee, lot of initiatives for employee engagement
Cons
As with all companies, there will be a bit of unprofessional guys around, but that should not stop someone from doing well in Accenture.
Pros

Talented group of people
knowledge repository - amazing
Cons
work can come in at any time of the day
