Advice to Senior Management
Reduce the work pressure on employees.
Pros
Very big company with lot of different projects and different platform to choose and good practices according to international standards
Cons
It is very process oriented company and even HR also dont know the whole process.... A lot of approval is needed for small need. They are very hard on thier policies, no flexibility.
Advice to Senior Management
Please review annual review policy, make it more flexible towards the managers/supervisor who knows the employee/real worker very well. "DNA cannot be changed " these words i got from the senior personal of this company when asked that this policy is not good and not real. But my thinking is that even DNA is also evolving and it will adapt according to nature.
Pros
Attractive pay, flexibility, High value for personal life
Cons
Nothing much to learn in the early stage of your career. You may get stagnated with just one dimensional view.
Advice to Senior Management
Don't treat youngsters as a slave to money and promotions. Help them grow with their learning, career and fulfill their considerable aspirations if possible
Pros
100%Process based organization , makes work style very transparent .Usually more companies will be towards person based .
Amazing benefits
Career councellor concept gives employee more freedom to express his/her concern
Cons
1.Need atleast 2 years to digest culture , as it is Tier1 Organization.
Advice to Senior Management
Much more mingling of senior mangement with middle mananagement will help rapid growth and good will
Pros
Work Life Balance is amazing with all kinds of in-office facilities.
Camaraderie is nice, and work becomes enjoyable.
Training and Development is highly focused upon.
Cons
Compensation is low, and work roles are randomly made fit for junior employees. If you are going as a fresher, make sure that you are not forced in a role which you are not comfortable with, and ask HR to move you around.
Pros
1. Human Resources are easily accessible.
2. Classroom trainings are very good and enjoyable.
Cons
1. As a fresher, skills are allocated randomly (which is not a healthy practice, asking people to take skills which they might not be interested and make it a career out of it)
2. Compensation is not as good as other companies for freshers
3. Projects are also allocated randomly... if you are lucky enough you might get one early else it is a never ending waiting game.
4. There is no guarantee how much time you might be in a project, a week , a month... can be anything, you can be rolled off from projects and put back into Bench any time.
Advice to Senior Management
1. Please take into consideration the interests of employees while allocating skills, if they get a skill which they like, they will put their hearts into their work. Will improve productivity..
