    Pros

Great people and benefits. Wonderful company that is very ethical and supportive of diversity.

    Cons

Their work from home policy is under review so if you negotiate that into your job offer make certain it is in your offer letter.

    Advice to Management

Be cautious about restrictions the work from home policy as many talented people are looking elsewhere out of concerns of losing it.

    Pros

Everyone is generally nice to you. Free Coffee at the offices. You get to see the world by traveling M-F. They will work you to death. Networking is the key to move up in the company. Keep you mouth shut and just say "yes" to everything management wants.

    Cons

Timing is everything. The roles dictate your future here at ACN. All managers are non hands on and talk the talk. They all want people who has skills such as hands on but you will never get any training to update your skills. PTO is earned and you will never use it - especially when the projects will decide if those PTO will be approved. Consulting is only for people who have no dependents or any life out of work. Training is all a ploy. In almost all occasions I get approved for a week for external training and when you are currently on a role and you inform the new role that you have training on certain dates, they will agree to let you go but once those dates are near, they will tell you that you need to cancel training due to poor planning on the management.

    Advice to Management

Management - you work people to death and give BS performance reviews.

    Pros

Company values smart, energetic individuals with a work-hard mentality. Ability to impact success of large-scale transformational projects is available in the course of advancement through the ranks.

    Cons

Over time, salary increase and benefits became non-existent. Ability to continue rising through ranks diminished. Work in my area became a bit stagnant.
